We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to come and join our team!
As a Chief Executive Officer, you will supervise and control strategic and business aspects of the company. You will help build and maintain our goals and help the company grow. Also, you will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage marketing initiatives.
To thrive as CEO you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.
The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success, working closely with and being the central connection to all departments, Locally and Globally.
Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
· Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
· Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
· Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
· Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
· Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
· Work closely with the R&D and tech departments.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as Head of Operations or in other managerial positions.
· Experience in the field of Online Casino Industry and Affiliate Network - A Must.
· Proficient Technical Knowledge - A must.
· Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
· An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
· Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
· Hands-on Approach!
· Fluent English is a must. Spoken Russian - A plus.
· MSc/MA in business administration or Computer Science.
Conditions:
· Onsite work at a brand new office in the heart of Limassol.
· Fair compensation, based on your skills and experience.
· Schedule 9 am to 7 pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
· 21 vacation days per year.
· 7 sick leaves without a doctor's note.
· Corporate parties.
