• Traffic Generation: Drive quality traffic to our brand through effective affiliate acquisition strategies;
• Partnership Expansion: Monitor, develop, and expand existing affiliate partnerships for continued growth;
• Networking: Attend relevant conferences and trade shows, building relationships with key affiliates;
• Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.

📌What you will need for success
•Minimum 2 Years' Experience: You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to excel in affiliate accounting;
•iGaming Expertise: Direct experience in the iGaming industry is essential for success in this role;
•Asian Market Savvy: A solid understanding and experience in the Asian market are critical for strategic decisionmaking;
•Negotiation Skills: Be a seasoned negotiator with a "winwin" mindset, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships;
•Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with affiliates and partners;
•Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must.
