A global service provider catering to IT, Fintech, and Digital Marketing companies, is looking for capable Help Desk Technician in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
🟠 Contact for office staff in need of technical aid via phone or email;
🟣 Conduct remote troubleshooting;
🟠 Determine the most suitable solution based on the issue provided by office employees;
🟣 Guide employees through the troubleshooting process;

Requirements and Skills:
🟣 Demonstrated experience in a help desk technician role or similar IT position;
🟠 Tech-savvy with practical knowledge of office automation tools, databases, and remote control;
🟣 A good grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technological products;
🟠 The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
🟣 Proficiency in English;
🟠 BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science.
