📍 Location: everywhere, but it's important to be outside the Russia and Belarus
🏠 Work format: remote / office in Estonia and Georgia

Our client operates as a rapidly expanding AI Software Company, delivering cutting-edge SaaS products that automate the acquisition of high-quality skin data. They assist skincare brands in offering skin analysis and creating interactive product and treatment recommendations for e-commerce platforms. Currently, the company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain robust connections with designated customers, serving as a trusted consultant and primary contact.
- Proactively interact with customers to comprehend their objectives, requirements, and challenges, aligning our products with their needs.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless and effective implementation process.
- Regularly check in with customers to gauge satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and propel product enhancements.
- Deliver continuous training and support to customers, optimizing their utilization of our products/services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Customer Success to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account management role within a software or SaaS business.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and popular platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and trust.
- Proven history of managing a portfolio of accounts and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness in navigating challenging situations.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and AI technologies.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
