🔸 2 years of experience in the position of HR-HRBP-HRPP;
🔸 Experience with HR ATS program at the administrator level;
🔸 Experience in building organizational development processes;
🔸 Experience in implementing modern HR practices;
🔸 Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills;
🔸 Business orientation;
🔸 Proactivity, friendliness, creativity;
🔸 Ukrainian - native, English- Upper intermediate;
