Chief Marketing Officer

Описание вакансии:

Команда PLAYFINA ищет в команду Chief Marketing Officer для работы над брендом. Нужен человек с успешным опытом работы на аналогичной позиции в продукте (gambling/betting).

Требования:

• Опыт работы CMO в бренде от 2-х лет;

• Опыт работы как с онлайн казино, так и с беттингом;

• Опыт работы со странами Tier 1;

• Знание английского на уровне Upper Intermediate (в идеале Advanced);

• Работа в офисе на Кипре.

Задачи:

• Разработка маркетинговых стратегий и их реализация;

• Контроль маркетингового бюджета;

• Разработка и реализация бонусной программы бренда;

• Разработка различных промо, от идеи до полной реализации на сайте;

• Аналитика успешности маркетинг компаний и бонусов;

• Настройка рабочих процессов в подконтрольных подразделениях;

• Ретеншн, работа customer.io и другими сервисами для настройки e-mail рассылок, push-уведомлений, sms и прочего;

• Контроль работы SMM департамента;

• Работа с ретаргетом для улучшения показателй ретеншена бренда;

• Коммуникация с провайдерами для согласования различных совместных промо и получения от них скидок;

• Контроль актуальности игр на сайте бренда;

• Работа с репутацией бренда, отзывами и жалобами от игроков на различных ресурсах;

• Работа по продвижению и узнаваемости партнерской программы бренда;

• Профильные конференции, подготовка стенда, мерча и всех материалов для различных конференций;

• Работа с отделом дизайна;

• Работа с контент отделом и переводчиками;

• Работа с отделом разработки для реализации различного функционала для маркетинга;

• Коммуникация и работа с руководителями других отделов внутри компании.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and extend the functionality of Web Applications;
• Write high-quality, scalable, and secure code;
• Write Unit, functional, and integration tests;
• Working on database optimization;
• Analyze business requirements and implement them;
• Writing technical documentation for implemented features;
• Providing support for production systems and proactively addressing technical issues;
• Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder to meet deadlines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel Developer for (5+) year(s);
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field;
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel Framework;
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design;
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec);
• MySQL profiling and query optimization;
• Experience with Git;
• Creative and efficient problem solver;
• Previous experience within the FinTech or FX Industry will be considered an advantage.
