🔍Looking for Backend Developer

Responsibilities:
🧩Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable server-side applications using C# and related technologies
🧩Collaborating with frontend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translating them into technical specifications
🧩Writing clean, scalable, and well-commented code
🧩Optimizing applications performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensuring their high availability and scalability
🧩Understanding how to monitor apps performance metrics such as response time, error rate, request rate, etc. And setting tasks for Devops
🧩Updating internal knowledge base and operational documentation
🧩Writing unit tests, writing test cases for QA engineer for E2E and integration tests
🧩Participating in incidents review and their root cause analysis, identifying process issues and planning preventive measures

Requirements:
✅Strong experience in C# development, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, or similar frameworks
✅Solid understanding of backend development principles, RESTful APIs, building architecture for high load
✅Proficiency in database design and query optimization using SQL or other database systems
✅Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Github) and Agile development methodologies
✅Knowledge of other backend languages or technologies, such as Python, Node.js, or Java, is highly desirable
✅Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
✅Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic start-up environment, effectively communicating and contributing to team goals
✅A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Skills:
➕Analytical, autonomous and proactive personality
➕Good listener and communicator
➕Proficiency in English language
➕Russian language is a plus
