🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead the development team 
• Provide technical knowledge and insight to peers and colleagues 
• Manage the commitment of the team for each sprint 
• Ensure integration of the software with monitoring and support tools 
• Participate in project architecture design 
• Development of new features and modules, as well as maintaining the existing 
• Ensure that the team’s technical product documentation is always complete, accurate and coherent 
• Review and give constructive feedback on others’ code 
• Ensure the team’s approach to testing is fit for purpose 
• Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate 
• Support product and departmental managers in communicating strategy and product fit  and effectiveness to stakeholders at all levels 
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 
• Set clear team goals 
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines 
• Oversee day-to-day operation 
• Motivate team members 
• Discover training needs and provide coaching

🔎 Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a team leader 
• At least 5 years of programming experience, particularly PHP
• Strong knowledge in developing with Symfony >=5 
• Expert level Object-Oriented Design, and MVC implementation 
• Strong knowledge of Software architecture, Service-oriented architecture 
• Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies 
• Unit testing 
• Collaborating with engineering teams in multiple locations 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Decision-making skills
• Fluent in English
