We are a Cyprus-based, established financial service provider, and we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: Full-time
Start date: ASAP

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Companys IT systems (software, hardware, communication), and assisting internal users with their IT requests and issues.

Depending on experience, the successful candidate will also be expected to initiate and undertake IT Projects, participate in the management of IT Security, and have responsibilities including Administrating Active Directory, Domains and Office 365.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**
▶️Undertake maintenance of IT systems as prioritized
▶️Provide approachable and professional IT Support to internal users, both locally and overseas IT Service Desk duties, including the resolution of issues; the management of Office hardware; Leavers & Joiner processing etc.
▶️Maintain critical Technology systems such as email, Domains, Telephony, the LAN, Wi-Fi, PCs, Laptops, Printers, backups, local servers
▶️Analysis, Comparison, and Purchases of IT Equipment and IT related services
▶️Ensure that all telecommunication systems are always functioning
▶️Participate in ongoing activities to enhance the IT Infrastructure of company
▶️Participate in the management of the Generators and UPS and dealing with the Electricity Authority when required
▶️Identify, propose, and implement improvements to systems, procedures, and services
▶️Participate in the Administration of the Active Directory, Domain and Office 365 environments, in addition to third party on premises and SaaS Applications
▶️Lead and collaborate on projects to enhance the operating environment and IT Security
▶️Actively participate in the monitoring and enforcement of IT Security Policies and the management of Security Systems
▶️Assist with gathering evidence for IT Audits, and periodical reviews related to the governance of the IT Systems, User Accounts, and Access

**Requirements:
**
*️⃣Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
*️⃣2-3 years of experience including working as a Service Desk Technician
*️⃣Ability to troubleshoot in a Windows / MAC (system & end client)
*️⃣Administer and manage Antivirus Console
*️⃣Administer and manage WDS/MDT Server
*️⃣Basic network experience with switches and VLANS
*️⃣Experience with Active Directory and knowledge AzureAD managing GPOS, DNS, DHCP
*️⃣A desire to learn by proactive self-study and via mentoring from senior colleagues
*️⃣Knowledge of monitoring system solutions
*️⃣Unquestionable integrity and honesty
*️⃣A can-do attitude and willingness to support the team in all aspects of the role
*️⃣English - Intermediate +
