We, Pixies Design Studio, are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.

**Main tasks:

**- Search and acquisition of clients for the Agency

- Contract signing/client management/contract renewal, etc. - full sales cycle

- Expansion of the client base

- Participation in conferences


**Requirements:

**- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, with a focus on business development.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Fluent English and Native Russian
