Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented team player who cares about people and is passionate about HR?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Avento MT is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative HR tasks, HR system management, onboarding/offboarding processes, coordination of employee medical insurance, organizing team-building activities, and providing office support.
If you have a strong command of English and knowledge of Russian, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative HR Tasks: Assist in maintaining HR records, preparing HR documents, and managing employee files.
- HR System Management: Handle data entry and updates in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and orientation.
- Employee Medical Insurance: Manage employee medical insurance plans, liaising with providers, and assisting employees with inquiries.
- Team-Building Activities: Organize and coordinate team-building events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Office Support: Provide general office support, including managing office supplies and assisting with office-related tasks.

Qualifications:

- Energetic and team-oriented player with a genuine care for people.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- **Proficient in both English and Russian (written and spoken).
**- Previous HR experience or relevant education is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems/software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
