TopFX is looking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join our rapidly expanding Marketing team.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will drive our brand's success through strategic affiliate partnerships.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
-Affiliate Outreach & Onboarding: Proactively identify and connect with potential affiliates across diverse geographical regions, ensuring a seamless integration into our affiliate program.
-Affiliate Support: Serve as the primary contact point for affiliates, addressing their concerns, queries, and needs promptly and effectively.
-Campaign Enhancement: Regularly assess the performance of ongoing affiliate campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to magnify their impact.
-Financial Oversight: Oversee and guarantee punctual and precise compensation distributions to our affiliate partners.
-Fraud Prevention: Utilize your acumen to identify and counteract acquisition fraud, ensuring the integrity and authenticity of every partnership.
-Program Development: Take charge of initiatives that seek to improve and scale our affiliate operations, ensuring we always offer the best to our partners.
-Event Participation: Participate actively in local and global affiliate events and conferences to foster networking and knowledge-sharing
-Trend Monitoring: Proactively track and assimilate the latest shifts in affiliate marketing, equipping TopFX with cutting-edge tools, trends, and methodologies.
-Suggesting and implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, creating new growth opportunities, and increasing ROI.

Requirements:
-2-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within the FX industry.
-Skilled in sourcing and building partnerships with affiliates and affiliate networks.
-Excellent communication skills for building relationships with affiliates, internal teams, and stakeholders;
-Passionate about achieving tangible results and boosting revenue.
-Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
