We are looking for a Business Operation Manager, who will strengthen the team by bringing new expertise and approaches to increase these results' overall quality.

__Main functional responsibilities:

__• ensures the operations of the company's performance team activities;
• helps advance company capabilities in organizing data, reporting on data and helping stakeholders get insights;
• initiates and implements ideas towards process automation (e.g.: task management system; analytics&reporting etc.);
• manages the process of software development implementing best practices (including creating and maintaining task backlog, task description, refining requirements, etc.);
• develops risk mitigation strategies for potential fraud detection/cyber;
• assigns tasks to team members and monitors task completion;
monitors deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements;
• streamlines and standardizes operational processes to minimize bottlenecks and increase productivity;
• provides support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to carry out their tasks effectively;
• leads the project of documenting processes/manuals/instructions within a company;
• researches and optimizes systems and software within the company including cost optimization of its systems;
• initiates planning and controlling of needed resources and consumables for the Media buying team;
• collaborates with cross-functional teams to align actions and ensure an effective collaboration;
• manages the teams’ (in-house teams) professional development, mentoring, training, and skill enhancement;
• works closely with internal teams such as PPC, Market dev, finance, legal to coordinate efforts, align actions, and optimize operations;
• coordinates all the cooperation processes with third-party providers & outsource teams to ensure its efficiency and takes measures if the efficiency is not met.

__Requirements:

__• 3+ years of proven success in PM role;
• experience with Black Hat Media buying processes including technical aspects at the last working place;
• technical background or understanding of general engineering principles;
• proven track of managing people;
• experience working with cloaking/ redirects/ setup of different flows;
• understanding of tools like Keitaro, octo browser (or other anti-detect);
• experience of working with proxies;
• experience working with API and integrations;
• experience of working with fraud detection/ DDoS;
• experience in implementing data analytics tools;
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of spoken and written English
