Responsibilities:

✔️Optimise the Group's financial strategy, financial structure and cash flows

✔️Supervise the Group's operations in various jurisdictions: Cyprus, UAE, Armenia

✔️Develop, implement and monitor the processes of budgeting, cost classification, cost optimisation and cost reduction, financial risk management of the Group of Companies and regular financial audits

✔️Improve and automate financial, tax, accounting and management accounting systems

✔️Develop, implement and monitor management (P&L, CF, Balance), accounting and consolidated reporting systems

✔️Develop and analyse the Group's long-term business model, payback and success criteria for business development, proactively find organic growth points

✔️Implement financial benchmarking across the Group. Provide monthly financial benchmarking report of the company's branches, financial factor analysis of the reasons for financial performance dynamics

✔️Organise the activities of the finance department, with a focus on finding opportunities to meet the needs of internal customers with maximum benefit to the business within the framework of the company's mission

Qualifications:

✔️Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

✔️3+ years in financial leadership (online entertainment/gaming/digital marketing)

✔️Finance software, Programs for analytics and visualisation of reports and indicators (Power BI), MS Office skills

✔️Experience with automatization at the same time readiness for the first time to work by hands

✔️Analytical and global thinking

✔️Experience in multiple jurisdictions

✔️Knowledge of Cyprus financial regulations (a plus)

✔️Understanding of automated financial systems (a plus)
