Responsibilities:
🔸Lead, mentor, and manage creative teams (designers, illustrators, junior art directors);
🔸Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful branding and marketing materials;
🔸Develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with the brand strategy;
🔸Oversee and guide visual content creation, including graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets;
🔸Ensure all visual designs adhere to specifications, quality standards, and meet the target audience's needs;
