**Key Responsibilities:

**📌 Financial Modelling: participate in the development of the financial models of the Group in total and each business / unit separately.
📌 Budgeting and Planning: participate in the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
📌 Management reporting: participate in preparation of the management reporting. Participate in automation of the standard management reports.
📌 Data Quality Assurance: Evaluate and ensure the accuracy of data used in financial analyses, including management reports. Develop and implement data quality control procedures.

**Requirements:

**✅ 3+ years in Financial Modeling, Planning & Analysis
✅ BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
✅ Advanced skills in financial forecasting and modelling
✅ Strong ability to analyse large data sets, high degree of accuracy and attention to details
✅ Ability to make business recommendations using data and commercial judgement
✅ Experience in real estate project finance and investment analysis is a plus
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
✅ Proactive work approach, ability to meet strict deadlines
✅ Fluent proficiency in English
✅ Advanced MS Excel skills
+ MBA, CIMA or ACCA certification is beneficial but not mandatory
