PIN-UP Global is looking for experienced Product Manager with experience in gambling/ iGaming

Requirements
•Experience in managing and operating products in the ITsphere for at least 3 years;
•Experience in managing product processes at each stage of product development (ideaimplementation);
•Gambling experience (poker field) is welcome;
•Understanding the theory and knowledge of the mathematical logic of the game;
•A plus would be experience in the field of game design poker multiplayer, with game monetization experience;
•Understanding the process of validation of product hypotheses;
•Ability to analyze key product metrics;
•Experience in AВtests;
•Experience communicating with product users;
•Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
•Experience in organizing business analysis at the initial stage of the project;
•Experience in modeling and analyzing business processes, as well as creating system and user interface prototypes;
•Analytical and critical thinking;
•Experience in coordinating tasks between different development teams;
•Basic understanding of product metrics (it will be a plus if you know how to work with such tool as Google Analytics);

Responsibilities

•Setting/prioritization of tasks and control of their execution;
•Finding the growth points of the product: formation and validation of product hypotheses; conducting qualitative and quantitative research;
•Analysis of user behavior and data research;
•Determination of crucial product metrics, preparation of reports and forecasts; Qualitative improvement of the customer journey in the product (acquisition and retention);
•Construction and monitoring of funnels. Search for points of failure;
•Together with BA, formation of product requirements, development of technical specifications (improvement of existing products, introduction of new features, etc.);
•Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented changes in software products;
•Monitoring and analysis of competitors' products;
•Organization and participation in product testing;
•Work with the platform team to find new ideas and improve the product.
