We are currently seeking a Travel Manager!

Responsibilities:
— Organizing business trips for company employees, including visa processing, air ticket and hotel bookings, daily allowance calculations, and expense compensation.
— Streamlining the company's travel software, including the identification of contractors and travel agencies and contract negotiations.
— Monitoring entry requirements for countries of interest to the company.
— Budgeting, reporting, and optimizing expenses.
— Being prepared for continuous travel support for C-level executives.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a travel manager;
— Proficiency in researching information in various countries.
— Experience in the IT field is a plus.
— Strong multitasking abilities.
— Proficiency in English and Russian.
