Role: Chief Accountant
Company: Full-featured crypto platform
Salary: 3000..5000 euros per month GROSS
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Type: full time office work

Responsibilities:
● Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports;
● Review and improving internal controls and procedures as needed;
● Preparation and submission of VAT (OSS, IOSS), VIES declarations and other taxes;
● Creating budgets and monitoring expenditures to ensure adherence to established budgets
● Preparation of accounts for annual audit;
● Creating manuals and process documents with input from experts
● Communicating with stakeholders to formulate long-term financial planning strategies for the company
● Maintaining proper financial records using Navision
● Reconciling Accounts (Customers, Vendors, Banks, Wallets, Payments, Processors) for large volume of data;
● Completing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or another related field.
● 5+ years of accounting experience.
● Proficient English (Written & Spoken).
● Qualified ACA/ACCA.
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
● Strong knowledge of VAT (OSS and IOSS).
● Experience working with a big volume of data.
● Experience with Navision software.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Experience in a multinational organization and Fintech field as an advantage.
