Brainsome is looking for an Account Manager to become a part of our team in Cyprus.
This position will report to the Head of Advertisers.

__English - C1-C2 is a must
Good command of Russian language__

🔥What you will do:
🔹Initiate communication with potential clients via LinkedIn or other resources
🔹Provide support to existing clients, by replying to their inquiries
🔹Ensuring follow-ups are made post-meetings
🔹Proactively search for new clients (companies and individuals) using provided resources
🔹Participate in calls and assist in correspondence with advertisers
🔹Maintain accurate payment records in CRM
🔹Assisting with the planning and arrangements for conferences

**USER ACQUISITION MANAGER
**
📍Full-time, work from office
📌Relocation to Cyprus is mandatory

🔥What you will do:
🔹Manage and optimize campaigns in TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat
🔹Analyze the performance of Social campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly with the main KPI being profit
🔹Regularly analyze campaign data to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
🔹Effectively communicate insights and provide routine daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports
🔹Work with a creative team to develop and test new creative hypotheses
🔹Analyze creatives of competitors and implement improvements based on the research results

🔥What you have for sure:
🔹Experience in managing budgets from $100,000 per month
🔹Experience in working with KPI - Profit
🔹Knowledge of account farming in TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat
🔹Upper-intermediate English and fluent Russian
