➡️**Responsibilities:
**- Creation, development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
- Data analysis and setting up an analysis system;
- Management of the marketing team;
- Management of the marketing budget;
- Promotion of the company's products in the international markets;
- Development of an effective SMM and PR policy of the company
➡️**Must have:
**-English language skills - upper intermediate or higher
-At least 3 years of experience in a Head of marketing position
-Understanding the specifics of affiliate marketing
-Excellent understanding of ROI, CPA, Revenue share, Hybrid deals
-Practical experience with various analytical data and tools
-Practical experience in the international market
-Experience in building the team from scratch
