🔍Looking for Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
🧩Supporting the production of marketing materials
🧩Assisting with tasks needed to keep the marketing projects and campaigns running smoothly
🧩Coordinating the tasks for content production for social media and blog
🧩Monitoring social media activity and websites with reviews and ratings in order to understand the sentiment of the audience and brand perception
🧩Coordinating and setting up email campaigns
🧩Contributing to internal reports
🧩Responding to marketing queries from external vendors and service providers

Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
✅1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Administration
✅Advanced knowledge of google spreadsheets
✅Knowledge of CRM software
✅Experience with email marketing platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅Experience with user research, persona creation, and usability testing
✅Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and usability principles

🔍Looking for IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:
🧩Architecting and operating production and development IT infrastructure components such as AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, etc.), email gateways (Sendgrid), and some others
🧩Participating in or manage projects owned by the IT Department
🧩Monitoring IT performance metrics (KPIs) such as website response time
🧩Managing databases (MySQL, Postgres)
🧩Designing and maintaining CI/CD for the solutions developed (based on Github)
🧩Working on various processes automation (based on Make.com or custom scripts). Providing automation tools, which would simplify work of developers
🧩Managing backups

Requirements:
✅3-5 years experience in IT Engineering or Analyst or Developer roles
✅Knowledge of technologies such as Linux/Windows OS, databases, some programming or scripting languages, virtualization, networks, Cloud (AWS or GCP). Deep expertise is required in one of these areas, but general understanding or awareness - in wide spectrum of modern technologies
Experience with database support (MySQL, Postgres)
✅Any scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python, etc.) and / or programming basics
✅Containerization (Docker)
✅Experience with one of the orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Consul)
✅In-depth experience with any task tracker tool (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
✅Data collection and analysis:
Mastering Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, charts, formulas)
General understanding of data processing (ETL)
Able to write SQL queries


Considered as an advantage:
➕IT Security fundamentals
➕Expertise in any of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, BigQuery, Metabase, etc.)
