Centro Holding is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Shareholder in his day-to-day operational activities.🌴
**💻Your tasks will include:
**- Book travel like a Pro: flights, hotels, events (business and personal)
- Maintain a well-organized calendar for appointments and meetings
- Do online business research & find the best deals
- Manage bill payments & expense reports
- Personal errands (including driving from A to B)
- Event organization: Planning and organizing business meetings, parties, and networking events (abroad)
- Embrace a jet-set lifestyle, always ready to travel
**📌Requirements:
**- At least 1 year of Personal/Executive Assistant experience
- Experience with travel booking
- Fluent English & Russian
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong administration skills, focus on continuously keeping things in order
- High level of responsibility, attention, and ethics
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced PC user
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
- Adaptability to a dynamic work schedule
