**Requirements:
**
• Recruiter experience;
• Experience in gambling and betting would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of modern HR-technology and recruiting methods;
• Communicability;
• Ability to create a psychological profile of the candidate;
• Fluency in English at the upper-Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:


• Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates;
• Conducting interviews;
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, including skills, qualifications, and experience needed for a position;
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting;
• Analysis, search and selection of effective recruitment sources;
• Participation in all HR-projects of the company.
