Position: Business development Manager
Location: Cyprus
Candidate should speak fluently at least 2 of the following: English, Chinese, Russian, Malay, Thai, or Portuguese.Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact.
Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered using the company’s channels as well as their own.
Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals.
Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and the company.
Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.
Requirements:
Experience in the Financial Industry B2B / B2C or Tech Providers.
Strong Social Media Network.
Deep understanding of systems and processes used by Brokers.
Experience with CRM software and Trading Platforms.
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Ability to travel if required at industry events / expos and represent Spotware Systems.
