Vacancy: Business Analyst
Company: Inktech
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Schedule: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:
- Work with a product manager, developers, and system architects to appropriately capture feature requests, use cases, prototypes, and proof of concept requests, and to organise them into user stories and detailed BRD;
- Develop BPMN diagrams and business requirements documents based on business requirements analysis;
- Identify blind spots and edge cases during collecting requirements and clarify them;
- Keep the product knowledge base up to date;
- Facilitate and lead sessions as required. For example, requirements gathering, refinement, planning etc.

Necessary Experience And Knowledge:
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in Web and mobile products;
- Proficiency in creating detailed BRDs, building BPMN diagrams, and familiarity with effective product requirements mapping practices (e.g., Impact Mapping);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native Russian, English B2);
- A team player and able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Familiarity with the fintech and crypto industry is a plus.
