🔍Looking for UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
🧩Collaborating with product managers, developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
🧩Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively illustrate design concepts and interaction flows
🧩Developing and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across different platforms and products
🧩Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance the design process
🧩Advocating for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization
🧩Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design integrity during development
🧩Participating in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional team meetings to contribute to the creative process

Requirements:
✅Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered
✅Proven experience (3 years) in designing websites and user interfaces, preferably in a professional setting
✅A strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and digital design projects
✅Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma and/or equivalent tools
✅Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and trends and typography
✅Experience with user research, persona creation, and usability testing
✅Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and usability principles
