We are working on software for trading on US stock exchanges and multi-service ERP software. We work in close collaboration with our end-users. We need a candidate who will do assistance to a Vendor Manager and become a real team member in our collective.

✅Requirements:
•Work permit in Cyprus Republic (Temporary Protection, Pink or Yellow Slip)
•1+ years of professional experience
•English - intermediate (or higher)
•Native Ukrainian and Russian languages
•Accuracy and attention to the details
•Friendly personality
•Knowledge of business communication with English speakers
•Patience and ability to process a large amount of data
•Excellent time management skills
•Ability to work without supervising
•Knowledge of Python (beginner level)
•Advanced level of Excel including usage of formulas

😈Responsibilities:
•Preparation of the payment documentation for work under development outsourcing contracts (Act of Delivery and Acceptance/Invoice/Terms of Reference)
•Assistance for the Team Lead with necessary tasks
•Cooperation with accounting and legal departments
•Involving in the process of onboarding and firing the employees
•Support the supplying to the office of the necessary products and services
•Management of the preparation of the monthly tasks and supervising the correct filling in the Jira
•Document management
•Support and develop new relationships with the vendors
