**🟠Develop recruitment goals and objectives
🟠Source passive candidates
🟠Communicate with Hiring Managers
🟠Find qualified active and passive candidates by building talent networks
🟠Use multi channel approach to recruit

**Requirements:
**🟢Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
🟢Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
🟢Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
🟢Solid verbal and written communication skills (Russian and English).
