DOTO is a trading platform that provide financial and investment solutions for both retail and corporate clients.

We have a licence in Seychelles and Mauritius and pending licences in Cyprus and South Africa.

We are looking for Dealer (Russian speaking team) for our new Forex project with relocation to Cyprus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring the FX, CFDs trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures;
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms;
- Monitor company’s exposure;
- Providing key parties with daily trading statistics;
- Maintaining close relationships with Liquidity and Data Providers;
- Maintaining deal recording and PnL on a daily basis;
- Prepare reports for the Management;
- Monitoring reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution for both, clients with the company and company with liquidity providers;
- Developing and optimizing eFX pricing and execution strategies;
- Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers and execute clients’ trades;
- Applying and monitoring the Company's “Order Execution Policy” and “Best Execution Policy”;
- Quoting, confirming, and transmitting client trades in line with the company’s policy and procedures;
- Identify and respond to any possible fraudulent trading activity or suspicious activity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or other related fields;
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is a must;
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 or any other trading software;
- Excellent command of the English and Russian language;
- Very good numerical and analytical skills;
- A genuine interest in the financial markets;
- Knowledge of SQL will be considered as an advantage;
- CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage (or willing to pass an exam in the first 6 months).
