**The Alternative, technology-focused investment company, a new spin-off of Target Global, with over €1.2 billion in assets under management, a strong network of 200+ investors, and a diverse portfolio encompassing several dozen companies, we are looking for an experienced and successful Finance Executive based in our Cyprus office (Nicosia). Finance Executive is expected to play one of the key roles in the development of the company from the early stages of its existence. We provide a unique opportunity to not only take the lead role in defining finance processes but also participate in product development as the company evolves.

Responsibilities:
• Manage income, expenses, and liquidity of the company
• Participate in budgeting, tax planning for the company
• Represent the company in negotiations with external parties
• Evaluate various management initiatives, new products launches
• Implement changes in mode of operation together with key stakeholders within the
company
• Build and manage relationships with different service providers and institutions

To be successful, you’ll need:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• ACA or ACCA Professional qualification
• At least 5 years of related experience
• To be commercially-minded
• To be highly proactive and flexible
• To be IT and data oriented
• Communicate complex financial information in a concise and structured manner
• Great interpersonal and management skills
