**Senior Project Manager

We’re Immigram** - a tech-centered IT immigration company based in the UK. We help entrepreneurs, IT specialists and startups relocate themselves and their businesses to the UK and sometimes - the US and the rest of the globe.

**What you will do:
*** Lead a team of project managers
* Driving the growth processes for both Immigram Full-service and future Self-Service Digital Products
* Initiating and managing special projects, including finding contractors, conducting brainstorm sessions and managing the overall project coordination
* Researching best practices and initiating them in-house;
* Coordinating, status reporting, schedules and stability; ensuring and maintaining a good level of communication across the teams, tracking changes and organising (or leading) meetings
* Work closely with our Operations and Casework departments to analyse and optimise the workflow
* Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress; o Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

About you:
* Oral and written English at least a C1 level
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Superior project management and interpersonal skills
* Experience with research and interviews
* Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
* Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
