Join TOPFX, an esteemed EU Investment Firm specializing in Prime Brokerage Services. We're looking for a dynamic Customer Support Officer to be based in Limassol no experience required.
Responsibilities:
-Assist clients courteously through Live Chat and email.
-Handle client queries about account opening and update existing accounts.
Maintain electronic client records including agreements, ID documents, and more.
-Ensure smooth functioning of Payment Gateways.
-Perform assigned tasks and support functions.
-Process new client account applications and updates.
-Implement robust Know Your Client procedures.
-Collect and manage necessary client documentation.
-Collaborate with Accounting and Back Office heads.
Please note this is on shift basis 8 am -4 pm and 8 am - 12pm rotating on a weekly basis.
