A Cyprus-based, established financial service provider, is looking for a QA Lead to join the team.
As a crucial part of our team, you will ensure the reliability and security of our trading platform while adhering to regulatory requirements and enhancing client satisfaction. You will have a strong customer focus and 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, as well as having worked in the fields of online trading or financial services.

In this vital role, you'll lead the Quality Assurance team, developing testing protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving issues. Your expertise will refine testing methodologies, oversee test plans, and present insights to management. Main Activities and Responsibilities:

= Manage a team of QA Analysts
= Evaluate and Improve upon the practices of the QA Team
= Work with the Project Managers to prioritise, assign, and schedule tasks for the QA team
= Manage and participate in the weekend QA Rota and in our Disaster Recovery Tests
= Work Closely with our Web, Mobile, and Back-end Development teams
= Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases to ensure that what is delivered is consistent with internal client requirements
= Conduct tests as appropriate, (for example, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Behavioural / Acceptance Testing)
= Report, re-test, and close bugs
= Participate in technical scope and business requirements review meetings
= Maintain QA documentation at a detailed level
= Occasionally assist with Production Incident/Bug investigations
= Manage and expand our Automated testing solutions

**Requirements:
**
= 5 or more years of QA experience, ideally with some as a Team Lead
= Website and Mobile Application QA experience is a must
= A background in financial services or FX would be ideal
= Development experience would be advantageous
= Experience in Jenkins and/or Selenium HQ
= Fluent in English (spoken and written)

I'm seeking to recruit a driven and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our Marketing Team within a Cyprus-based, established financial service provider company.

In this role, you will be creating engaging experiences on our main consumer-facing website, microsites, landing pages, emails, digital ads and other applications.

Your responsibilities will include day-to-day updates of our websites, developing various digital pieces including landing pages, interactive tools, emails, infographics, digital ads and more. You will also assist in testing our responsive design and enhancing the user experience.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

= Architect, develop and test webpage templates in CMS
= Create email templates, landing pages, interactive web experiences and banner ads
= Prepare, configure, and schedule emails and other digital communication pieces to be sent out
= Trouble shoot and resolve PHP/HTML/CSS/JS code issues
= Maintain and enhance existing marketing site features
= Assist designers in developing creative assets when needed
= Product initial concept mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, interaction specs and front-end development for new website tools and pages
= You will work closely with technology team and third parties for integration with other systems

Requirements and Qualifications:

= You will be a great fit if you have completed a BSc degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

You should also:

= Be proficient in web technologies including HTML5, CSS Frameworks and Packages, JavaScript and JQuery
= Have strong background in building Emails and Email best practices
= Have experience with Mailing Platforms, Mail testing and automation tools
= Experience with WordPress Development and CMS
=Have understanding of Agile/SCRUM development process
= Have some experience with XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and the latest Adobe CS applications
= Ability to be flexible in prioritizing work, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
= Have excellent communication skills
= Have the ability to take direction, receive and use constructive criticism
= Work well under pressure while maintaining flexibility and professionalism
