⚡Responsibilities:
- Qualifying accounts and identifying new business opportunities through competitor analysis, demand assessment, and partnerships.
- Developing sales strategies aligned with company goals and staying updated on industry landscapes to engage effectively with clients.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate opportunities and ensure seamless communication.
- Making decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining CRM records.

⚡Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience as an Account Executive with at least 1 year in B2B software services sales/consulting
- Proven track record of closing deals valued at $100k+ in consulting, staffing, or software services
- Experience selling to startups, scaleups, and large enterprises, with the ability to build relationships within buying committees.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the business models of Software and Staffing Agencies.
- Proficiency in explaining stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
