⚡Responsibilities:

- Interacting with contractors and freelancers.
- Conducting marketing activities to attract new users to the company's products through various external and internal channels.
- Optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Developing creatives and testing hypotheses: ad copy, banners, landing pages.
- Studying the market and competitors' marketing activities.
- Optimizing internal and external analytics processes.
- Generating new ideas and collaborating closely with the product team.
- Department process management.

⚡Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (investment and financial products is a plus).
- Experience and understanding of all marketing processes (from metrics and analytics to PR and community management).
- Proficiency in web and mobile analytics tools.
- Experience in setting design and development tasks for technological and marketing sprints.
- Proficiency in working with data and identifying pain points in various funnels.
- Managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels without the help of external agencies.
- Understanding of the mechanics of the crypto industry.
- Understanding of the project's product part.
- Possessing your own point of view, ability to defend it and listen to opponents.
