Position: Business/Personal Assistant to Pavel Myakov, founder and CEO of Sacrill.com
Location: Any

❇️Required Qualifications:
- Higher technical/economic education;
- Polite, sharp, and persuasive communication skills;
- Understanding of social media management;
- Ability to manage projects and complete them;
- Availability from 09:00 to 18:00 (Moscow) Monday-Saturday;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (С1+), Russian - native.

❇️Business Tasks:
- Conducting rapid market research, sourcing contractors, gathering proposals, analysing information;
- Managing Pavel's calendar, scheduling meetings;
- Monitoring task completion of Pavel’s subordinates (contractors).

❇️Schedule сontrol:
- Reminding about regular tasks: quarterly goals, monthly and departmental planning;
- Monitoring Pavel's weekly plans and achievements;
- Scheduling calls and meetings.

❇️Social Media:
- Regularly receiving content from Pavel;
- Utilising/reusing content for social media posts.

❇️Networking:
- Searching for individuals based on requests, contacting them, and scheduling meetings with CEO.

❇️Personal Tasks:
- Selecting hotels/housing;
- Choosing insurance plans;
- Visa support;
- Finding affordable tickets/dates.
