🔥 Role: QA Engineer (Manual)

IREV is a revolutionary performance marketing company for escalating partnerships and performance.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Customer Support team and assist us in maintaining a high level of product support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all types of testing from unit up to end-to-end testing.
• Prepare documentation related to testing processes.
• Learn and become proficient in the use of various testing tools, including postman/Postman, Charles, Jira, TestRail (Allure TestOps), JMeter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality assurance issues.
• Review and analyze system specifications to identify quality requirements.
• Participate in the design and development of test cases and test plans.
• Execute test cases and report defects.
• Track defects and monitor the progress of defect resolution.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of test data.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 1,5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience working in a CRM system is a great plus.
• Familiarity with postman/Postman, Charles, Jira, TestRail (Allure TestOps), and JMeter.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
