🧾 CONSOLIDATION MANAGER 💻

Hi! We are DataArt — a global software engineering firm. We are looking for an Consolidation Manager, who will provide the full cycle of accounting support to the entire organization.

⚒ Responsibilities:
• Post complex entries for the US subsidiary and review the US subsidiary’ entries by a team.
• Analytical review of monthly reporting packages provided by subsidiaries.
• Drive all financial consolidated reporting analyses.
• Oversee and enhance the accounting reconciliation process and quality throughout the organization.
• Support corporate audit and other regulators reporting (USA).
• Manage global accounting list and ensure timely responses to global inquiries.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for consolidation purpose (US part).
• Draft, update, and implement accounting policies under US GAAP.
📖 Requirements:
• 5+ years of previous experience in consolidation accounting
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, financial reporting standards
• Experience in overseeing the consolidation process, including intercompany transactions and financial statement preparation
• Advanced knowledge English
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
