Hello! We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer due to expansion of our team.

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for US, Europe, and Asia customers.

Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.

Responsibilities:
- manual testing, mainly web;
- identifying bugs, entering data into the bug tracking system, writing reports on test results;
- planning the testing processes, writing test cases and checklists;
- active interacting with the project team;
- testing new features and checking fixed defects.

What we expect:
- experience in a similar position for two years;
- understanding of the software development cycle, the place of testing in it;
- ability to work with the terminal (at the level of SSH, ping, traceroute) and with the browser console;
- ability to use IE on Mac/Linux using Azure and/or VirtualBox (or any other suitable solution);
- creating and maintaining well-structured Test Documentation using different test design techniques, with sufficient level of details (bug reports, test cases, checklists, test reports);
- ability to analyze and structure incoming information;
- responsibility, independence, attention to detail, healthy perfectionism;
- English level enough for reading and compiling documentation (Intermediate and higher).

It will be a plus:
- understanding of client-server architecture;
- API testing experience;
- experience with Postman or equivalent;
- working in a distributed team;
- Basic programming knowledge, the ability to read JavaScript, Ruby, and HTML code.
