As a Project Manager at Orbita, you will play a vital role in initiating, planning, and executing projects across various industries and geographies. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage resources will be critical in driving successful project outcomes.

👉 Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
* Coordinate and allocate resources.
* Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
* Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
* Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management.
* Maintain project documentation.
* Evaluate project performance against predetermined metrics.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Continuously improve and implement the best practices in project management.

👨‍🎓 **Qualifications:
*** Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a Project Manager.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze and solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
* Familiarity with venture capital or startup ecosystems is a plus.
* Languages: Russian and English (B2).
