**🏃♂️Responsibilities
**● Communication with external customers, building partnerships;
● Tracking contracts for support services (signing of new ones, prolongation of existing ones);
● Organization of the work of the development and support team (consultants, analysts, developers, testers), including setting and monitoring the implementation of tasks;
● Development of competencies and skill level of department employees;
● Coordination and improvement of business processes within the department;
● Tracking the deadlines for the implementation of SLA and financial performance of the department;
● Preparation of analytics based on the results of the work of the department (regular and ad-hoc).
**🎓Requirements
**● Work experience as a service manager or in a similar position for at least 2 years;
● Knowledge of standards and ITIL application experience;
● Experience with CRM system;
● English at least Upper-Intermediate level;
● Knowledge of the French language is desirable.
**💌Working Conditions
**-Trial period – 3 months;
-Regular salary and position reviews;
-Flexible schedule and remote work;
-20 working days of paid vacation leave;
-15 working days of paid sick leave with a certificate;
-5 day off for personal purposes;
-Medical insurance covered by employee and reimbursed by the company after supporting documents are provided to the employer.
