CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Higher education.
Previous experience as a HRD or similar position.
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
Good communication skills, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility for job duties.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
Knowledge of the company's quality, environmental and HR policies.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience hiring a financial position in an international company, forex and big4 background preferred, iGaming and gambling

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full recruitment cycle.
Manage the on-boarding/off-boarding process.
Create of HR related documents and policies.
Training and development of employees.
Manage the employer-employee relationship.
Maintain the Company internal communication.
Manage/determinate Employee Benefits.
Create a Safe Work Environment.
Corporate events planning.
Manage the process of obtaining residence permits and work visas and other employees migration- related issues.

Relocation to Cyprus, Limassol

Management of the Group's financial structure/team.
Developing a consolidated financial reporting system.
Implementation of financial and statutory accounting systems.
Budget planning and forecasting.
Internal financial control of Group companies.
Tax planning in cooperation with consultants.
Communication with banks and payment service providers.
Analysis and minimization of financial risks.
Relocation to Cyprus, Limassol.
