**Cardoo, a pioneering fintech startup, is transforming the car rental industry with our no-deposit solutions. We're seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our team in Limassol or remotely.

**Role Summary:

**The Partner Success Manager will drive revenue growth from our existing partners. This role involves fostering strong relationships with partners, supporting them in optimizing our product's usage, and managing operational interactions.

**Key Responsibilities:

**- Cultivate relationships with partners, ensuring their success and revenue growth with our product.
- Support partners in maximizing our product's effectiveness.
- Handle operational interactions, including managing claims and processing documents related to unpaid client fees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners' needs are met promptly.
- Monitor and report on partners' success and revenue growth.

**Skills and Qualifications:

**- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
