We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid Kafka experience to manage and maintain our Kafka cluster. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Kafka clusters in a production environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, configure, and manage Kafka clusters
2. Monitor and optimize Kafka cluster performance and availability
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any Kafka-related issues
4. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of Kafka into the overall architecture
5. Manage access control and security for Kafka cluster
6. Create and manage Kafka topics and partitions
7. Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for Kafka cluster
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Kafka developments and incorporate new features into the cluster as needed

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Kafka Administrator in a production environment
2. Strong knowledge of Kafka architecture and components, including ZooKeeper, brokers, producers, and consumers
3. Experience with Kafka deployment, configuration, and optimization
4. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
