Responsibilities:
- Optimize data solution to support the operations of the analytics department.
- Automatization and management of data (Airflow)
- Standardize and stabilize reporting processes, aiming to improve the quality of deliverables in critical areas.
- Revamp the system for analytical queries, reducing wait times for ad-hoc requests from business users.
- Drive research and analytics initiatives, to enhance the processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Conduct predictive analysis and develop short- and medium-term financial forecasting, including regular actual-versus-plan analysis to improve financial stability and provide fair employee motivation.
- Creation of the concept of consistent metrics on the dashboards of the BI platform forreducing risks in making managerial decisions
- Launching new complex calculation metrics into monitoring
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Head of Analytics or in a similar capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis techniques, tools, and platforms, including data warehousing solutions and business intelligence tools.
- Strong background in managing and leading analytics teams, with a track record of successful team restructuring and process improvement.
- Proficiency in data management, data pipelines, and automation tools to handle large volumes of data effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies, predictive modeling, and financial forecasting.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning concept
