🧚‍♀️ Reconciliation Officer / Finance Manager

📑 Requirements:
Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field
1-2 years of experience in a Finance, Settlements Reconciliation, or Back-office position
Previous experience in PSP, and electronic payments is a plus
Excellent business written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Fluency in English is a must, and Russian is a plus
Experience in analyzing transactions and balances, solid numeracy skills
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.

⛲ Job description:
Communication with PSP on reconciliation, settlements
Working with debtors (PSP)
Reconcile information from the internal system against statements from PSP and banks, checking the accuracy of fees deduction, rolling reserves, balances
Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner
Effectively communicate between payment providers, banks, and internal teams
Analyse data issues to determine source causes and contribute to the continuous process improvements
Initiate changes that drive efficiencies while continuing a balanced relationship with all parties
Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses required by the Management.
