As our Financial Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial reports. Primary Responsibilities:
• Handle daily financial tasks such as checking invoices, receipts, and banking details, compensating salaries, and communicating with employees on financial matters;
• Handle monthly payroll operations, which involve tasks such as onboarding new employees, updating payroll and employee information, computing monthly salaries, and maintaining accurate payroll records;
• Perform monthly accounting tasks for a US-based company utilizing Quickbooks;
• Assist in preparing tax reports and VAT/Sales tax reports in different jurisdictions;
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management accounting;
• Assist in opening new bank accounts for the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance;
• Knowledge of accounting software;
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level);
• Attention to detail, independent work style, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
• Experience in using Quickbooks.
• Experience in preparing annual financial statements.
• Experience in submitting tax reports and VAT reports.
• Experience in working remotely in an IT company.
