#Back Office Officer

Location: Limassol (On-site)

Salary: 2500-2700 euros

We are currently seeking Back Office Officers to join our team in Limassol. As a Back Office Officer, your primary responsibilities will include KYC , onboarding, and verification of clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing deposits and withdrawals, including crypto transactions.

📍Key Responsibilities:

-Conducting KYC procedures to verify the identity and compliance of clients.
-Managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and processed accurately.
-Processing deposits and withdrawals, including crypto transactions, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-Providing customer communication and assistance through phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
-Collaborating and assisting the Support and Sales departments to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.

📍Qualifications and Skills:

-Previous experience in a similar back office role is preferred.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of KYC procedures and requirements.
-Familiarity with processing deposits and withdrawals, including crypto transactions, is highly desirable.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
