Role Overview
🤝__The Product Designer creates exceptional user experiences and visually appealing designs. In this role, you will create new layouts, apply UX/UI principles, utilize basic analytics, collaborate with the development team, and conduct user research. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and effective execution of design tasks to contribute to the growth and success of our digital products.

⚡**Must-Haves
**
- You are not just a graphic designer! We won’t review your resume, please be sure you can assist with business requirements!
- You're still hungry for solving design problems and you're on fire with ideas
Figma expert user (components, prototyping, animation, plugins, etc)
- Experience with Google Analytics to gather user insights and inform design decisions
- Effectively communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical teammates
- Building interfaces taking into account mobile adaptation (show your real cases)
- Strong portfolio with platform products inside (SaaS, marketplace, dashboard, etc)

⚡**Skills & Responsibilities
**
- Create new layouts in Figma from scratch
- Apply UX/UI expertise to enhance user experience
- Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews and persona development
- Utilize basic analytics skills to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with the development team
- Support Figma components system
- Creating and adhering to design tasks and tech specs
- Support content team with content requests (hardly ever)
- Work with the Product Lead and Tech Lead on a daily basis
